Deposit Refund Process for Visa Rejected Applicants
If your visa application has been rejected, you must complete the following documents and submit them via email to international@ticaret.edu.tr to request a deposit refund:
- Refund Petition (Signed & scanned) [(Download)]
- Passport (Scanned copy)
- Acceptance Letter
- Payment Receipt
- Official Visa Rejection Document
